Payroll Services

At PE Global we offer Payroll Services on a daily, weekly or monthly basis to clients ensuring the provision of reliable financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Implementation Process

  • In partnership with our client we confirm the numbers of payroll employees in each country.
  • Once confirmed, the PE Global designated Account Manager liaises with the client to obtain full details of payrollees.
  • The Account Manager confirms payroll employee numbers with relevant partner payroll agents (if required) in each country.
  • Our Account Manager contacts each payrollee and outlines the process.
  • PE Global’s accounts team liaise with the client’s accounts team in the relevant country to ensure all payment details so as to ensure processes are correct.
  • During initial phase of implementation, our Account Manager will liaise with the client’s VMS in specific region to ensure timely resolution of issues.

PE Global Responsibilities

  • Contact payrollee within 24 hours of details being provided by the client.
  • Provide contract and full payment process once all details confirmed with payrollee
  • Provide full guidelines and support for Fieldglass (Vendor Management System) set-up.
  • Address any on-boarding issues that arise
