Our retained search process is known for its rigor. We typically present a carefully curated shortlist of candidates, ranging from three to ten individuals, before the interview phase begins.

Whenever feasible, our aim is to provide our clients with a selection of five candidates who possess the perfect blend of skills, location, salary expectations, and other pertinent factors. In essence, our clients are tasked with the pleasant job of choosing the candidate they find the most suitable from this highly qualified pool.

Retained placements are typically sought after by clients when they are aiming to fill senior-level positions, and sometimes when they have exhausted all other avenues in their search for the right candidate.
