The role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Accommodation Manager to head up a busy student services department within the school, providing homestay accommodation for our international students.

Reporting to the School Director/Director of Student Services, you will oversee the day to day running of the accommodation department  including capacity and student experience management of our student accommodation  as well as continuous homestay recruitment in accordance with our policy, British Council and ISI criteria. Our Oxford Campus is one of the busiest year round schools in the region with high student volume requesting homestay accommodation year round and additional summer sites over summer period. You will be working with a large database of current hosts and running ongoing recruitment of new hosts.


Based in our Oxford Campus, you will ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through smooth, well planned arrival and departures, excellent management of host family allocations and outstanding customer service.  Ongoing Homestay Recruitment and Host Retention will be one of your highest priorities.

Experience required:

This is an ideal position for an ambitious candidate who has management experience in a similar setting such or multisite locations and/or Host Family division, sales and recruitment.
