The role
Office Administrator required for permanent role with Ireland’s leading premier Auction house based in Kildare.
Responsibilities of the role
- Building and maintaining relationships with customer and key account holders.
- Providing exceptional customer service and being ‘customer focused’ is essential
- To maintain a database of contacts to accurately function within a multi account environment in accordance with GDPR requirements.
- Administrative and sales support pre and post auctions through telephone, emails and by attending to customer queries.
- Acting as the point of contact for all customer queries
- Facilitate with the sale of stocks in the business
- Managing key accounts and acting as the main point of contact for account queries
- Assisting with the booking in of vehicles to auction

Education & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy office administration role
- Excellent time management
- A business or administration qualification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral), with excellent command of the English language
- Ability to work in a high pressurised environment is a must
