We’re Hiring! Agency Chef – Hospital Setting (Dublin) 

PE Global Healthcare is looking for an experienced Agency Chef to support hospital kitchen in Dublin. This is a great opportunity with guaranteed work until the end of January and competitive hourly rates.

About the Role

• We are seeking a reliable, skilled Agency Chef with experience in a hospital or healthcare environment. In this role, you will:
• Prepare high-quality, nutritious meals that align with medical and dietary requirements
• Work across various hospital kitchens, assisting permanent staff
• Ensure smooth food service for patients, staff, and visitors
  
  Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook meals in line with hospital dietary guidelines (including textured and allergen-controlled diets)
• Maintain excellent standards in food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance
• Adapt quickly to new kitchen environments and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Support menu planning, stock control, and general kitchen duties
• Ensure meals meet quality and timing standards

        Requirements

• Hospital or healthcare chef experience (essential)
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and infection control
• Flexibility to work across multiple sites
• Garda Vetting (highly desirable – we can assist with this)
