PE Global is currently recruiting a Company Secretary Assistant for one of the region’s largest Accountancy firms based in Wexford.
This full time, permanent position comes with a competitive salary and will give hands on experience in providing professional services to a varied portfolio of corporate clients both nationally & internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and filing Annual Returns and uploading financial statements.
- Preparing AGM Documentation, maintenance of statutory and beneficial ownership registers.
- Drafting company formation and company secretarial documentation.
- Liaising with clients and the Company Registration Office on a regular basis.
Experience:
- Hold or be willing to obtain at a minimum the Certificate in Company Secretarial Law & Practice (Law Society of Ireland) with a view to gaining membership of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland
- Have experience in a Company Secretarial department, would be an advantage but training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Be familiar with Relate Co Sec software (preferred but not a pre-requisite as training will be provided)
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Have the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative when necessary.
