PE Global are now recruiting on behalf of our client based in Cork for a Community Intervention Team Nurse. Both Full time and part time available. This is a 12 Month FTC.
Essential Criteria
- Registered with the NMBI
- Minimum of 3 years post registration experience
(previous community experience an advantage)
- Experience in Acute setting essential
- Full Driving License
- Excellent communication skills and documentation skills
High level of competency in the following areas:
- Wound Care and IV Cannulation
- Stoma care and patient education
- Diabetic care and patient education
- Palliative care and patient and family support
- Phlebotomy sampling
- I.V antibiotic
- PICC/PORT/Midline
- Catheterisation (Supra pubic also preferable)
- PEG tubes and feeds
