Community Intervention Team Nurse

PE Global Healthcare are delighted to assist their client, a leading home care provider in Wicklow, to recruit for a Community Intervention Nurse for their service.

The Community Intervention Nurse will provide a clinical and professional role and is responsible for the delivery of high-quality care within the community, with their focus on promoting health, preventing illness and managing chronic conditions.

Location: Travel throughout Wicklow

Roles: Full time and Part time

Applicants Requirements:

• Active NMBI professional registration
• Full driver’s License
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Exposure to palliative care, oncology patients, geriatric patients a benefit but not essential

Salary

• Competitive hourly rate
