Community Staff Nurse

PE Global together with our well established client are looking for community staff nurses to join their team for roles based in Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford, Tipperary and East Cork. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to clients in the community, supporting existing care arrangements. The nurse is responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and reviewing personalised care plans, supervising care staff, and ensuring high standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualised care plans.
• Supervise and mentor care staff, supporting training and development.
• Monitor care delivery, ensuring it aligns with best practice and regulatory standards.
• Lead on infection prevention and participate in audits and clinical governance.
• Work collaboratively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with legal and professional guidelines.

Requirements:

• NMBI registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or have a valid NMBI DL that has min 5 months before it will expire.
• MUST HAVE INTERNATIONAL DRIVERS LICENSE
• Min 3 yrs post qualification experience 
• Acute experience with adult and peds patients 
• Ability to assess, plan, and coordinate care effectively.

Package

• 2 year contract with 6 months probation
• 20 paid annual leave days
• 40hr per week contract ( 6 days over 7)
• Accommodation on arrival
• Work transport supplied
• Flights, RCSI exams, ATWS, Visa, critical skills visa cost reimbursed once in receipt of NMBI registration.
