Description:

We are currently seeking a CSA QA/QC  to join their project team in Sweden. As a dedicated data center delivery partner, they are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality across all their projects in Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct quality audits and inspections to verify the implementation of quality control measures.
• Ensure that quality management system objectives are achieved for all disciplines, including CSA, Mechanical, and Electrical.
• Ensure understanding, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s quality policies on-site.
• Generate project-specific quality plans as per requirements.
• Review subcontractors’ quality systems and plans to ensure effectiveness and compliance with company policies.
• Liaise with the client’s quality assurance and control representative to address any potential quality issues.
• Provide necessary guidance and input to on-site staff for continuous improvement and project feasibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant area.
• Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in effectively leading project teams.
• Experience in delivering Data Center projects is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
