Diversity & Inclusion Program Executive – Dublin

The Role

PE Global are recruiting for a Diversity & Inclusion Program Executive for our cloud-based software client based in Dublin. This is a 11-month contract role. Hybrid working options.

Job Responsibilities

• In this Programme Manager role, you will support the Principal Diversity Business Partner for EMEA & APJ in the development, implementation and tracking of diversity programmes and
• initiatives to support Regional VIBE strategies.
• The programmes and initiatives are aimed at developing inclusion, supporting representation goals, and increasing belonging sentiment and will be delivered through various execution channels.
• Build, manage and maintain programme plans for VIBE programmes and initiatives
• Establish key milestone tracking to monitor progress of programme goals and milestone completion
• Create communications plan and provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders
• Develop and maintain slide deck templates to support program activity and to provide regular updates on progress
• Liaise with key stakeholders across P&P, Business stakeholders, VIBE Councils, EBCs
• Programme and Administration support for existing and new VIBE Programmes

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in e.g., HR, Diversity, Inclusion, Phycology, etc.
• Passion for diversity, equity and inclusion
• 5+ years work experience in a management role 
• Excellent collaboration & communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects and tasks
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally across global borders
• Experience tracking and measuring, utilising appropriate KPIs and metrics to demonstrate progress and success
• Experience of using Asan desired
