The Role
PE Global are recruiting for an Engineering Systems Administrator for our pharmaceutical client based in Carlow. This is an 11-month contract role. Hybrid working options.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Engineering activities through updates in the CMMS (SAP PM). Updates in the CMMS include Functional Locations (FLOC), Equipment, maintenance plans, task lists, bill of materials and MRO builds and modifications.
- Have strong background in a previous admin role with keen eye for detail to support the maintenance department.
- Strong working understanding of Microsoft Packages: Excel, Word & Outlook
- Supporting Engineers with associated documents to update master data records
- Ability to be flexible and prioritize work as required
- Required to comply with Global Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, regulatory requirements.
Education and Experience
- Minimum Leaving Cert (Advantage if 3rd Level / trade qualified in Engineering)
- Demonstrating energy and enthusiasm, the Engineering Systems Admin Support role.
- Proven track-record in delivering results
- Innovative thinker, with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Positive, flexible action-oriented attitude.
