PE Global is currently recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator for our pharmaceutical client in Limerick. This is an initial 12-month contract, hybrid role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Facilitates workflow reviews and revisions of all Facilities Department related SOP’s, plans and policies for each group within the Department.
• Completion of Change Controls, TSCR’s, CMMS reviews and Updates to drive continuous improvement activities.
• PM and calibration paperwork management from initiation through to archiving.
• Support work record closure of BMRAM events, paper and electronic records review.
• General administration function to support process maintenance and calibration teams.
• Weekly metrics report issued to team management for review.
• SME on site IQA documentation process.
• BMRAM CMMS updates and report generation.
• Change control administration support.

Education and Experience:
• Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage. An engineering background and knowledge of admin systems with 2+ years relevant work experience in pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Direct experience with biopharmaceutical industry preferred. Ability to operate in a fast paced environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
