We are looking for a Financial Program Manager to join our Localization (L10n) & Globalization (G11n) team to build out a robust financial operating model, including the development of comprehensive dashboards, reports along with streamlining key financial processes. You will collaborate closely with L10n/G11n leadership and our partners in Finance to deeply understand the existing processes and data, defining a future state that aligns the details of individual project spend to the overall spend along with strengthening the planning & forecasting process. You will design and implement that future state operating model with the support of the team.

International growth is a key strategic pillar and this role is critical in ensuring that our L10n/G11n financial operations are efficient, transparent, and aligned with those strategic goals

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive financial operating model tailored to the needs of our organization.
  • Design, build, and maintain financial dashboards that provide real-time insights into key performance indicators.
  • Create and manage detailed financial reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the financial model integrates seamlessly with existing systems.
  • Provide ongoing analysis and recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project completion.

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting analysis.
  • Experience in developing and implementing financial dashboards and reporting systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional relationship building and collaboration skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
