Our client in Kildare is currently looking to recruit an experienced Financial Analyst. The role will be responsible for preparing financial analysis to provide insights into the business. report to management team operational metrics, trends, and analysis in order to drive and improve financial performance


The Role:

  • Help management understand their financial performance by providing insight, while also providing support and challenge. Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with managers and their teams.
  • Prepare Margin Analysis by product and segment. Identify low Margin products/segments and work with management team to enhance margin and resolve issues.
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly financial analysis to the management team with commentary and analysis.
  • Interpreting financial information to assist in understanding variances to budget and developing recommendations for actions required to ensure budget targets are met.
  • Revenue Analysis reporting on price and volumes and assist with driving profitability in each revenue stream.
  • Support the development and preparation of annual budget
  • Liaising with external stakeholders as required


  • Qualified accountant with at least five-year post qualification experience
  • 5 years+ in a similar role.
  • A bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
  • ACA, ACCA, CPA or other relevant accounting qualification
  • Analytically minded, seeks out problem solving opportunities
  • Ability to document end to end processes, identify risks, accompanying impact and provide practical solutions to a wide range of issues;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and to build and sustain effective working relationships across all levels of the business
