PE Global is currently recruiting for a First Level Agent (technical support) for a leading multi-national retail technology client based in Dartford.
This is an initial 6 month contract with possibility of extension. This is a hybrid role where the candidate would need to be able to attend the client’s Dartford office 3 days per week and work from home for the remainder of the week. The first 6 weeks of this contract will be training on site so the candidate would need to be able to attend the office full time during the training period.
Shift Schedule:
Various shifts available (Monday through Sunday):
7.00am – 11.00pm
7.00am – 2.30pm
9.00am – 5.30pm
3.30pm – 11.00pm
Role:
- Taking high volumes of incoming calls.
- Aiming to resolve customer queries and faults with equipment.
- Updating queries onto the database.
- Updating system for other users.
- Offer guidance to clients and identifying faults.
- Working to strict deadlines and service level agreements.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to learn some technical product information.
- Strong MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated and enjoy problem solving.
- You will have proven experience of working within a call centre/customer service environment
