PE Global is recruiting for an AutoCAD/GIS Mapping Specialist on behalf of our utilities client in Dublin. This is an initial 12-month contract hybrid role.
Duties of the role
• Utilising Esri Arc GIS & AutoCAD Map to produce a range of property related mapping.
• Responsible for producing legal mapping and related advisory services to internal and external professionals engaged by the Board.
• Examination of property title documents, definition of boundaries etc. for the purpose of determining location and property ownership 3rd party property interests.
• Liaising with Property Registration Authority officials in relation to property registration.
• Manage property files and spatial data. Create, modify, maintain, and analyse geospatial databases which manage property ownership and resolve third party queries and disputes regarding property boundaries.
• Preparation of drawings, maps and documentation for planning applications, Environmental Impact Statements, production of maps and illustrations for special projects.
Education & Experience
• Proven experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS, MapInfo, or similar GIS packages.
• Ability to accurately present mapping and drawings to a professional standard.
