PE Global Healthcare in partnership with our Client, a leading comprehensive healthcare services for adults requiring complex medical care delivered at home with clinical expertise to each patient’s unique needs,  is actively recruiting experienced Health Care Assistants for one of their clients, an adult with complex medical needs based in Co. Clare. 

Permanent Full and Part-time positions available

About the role:

• 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 9am-9pm)
• Service User: Quadriplegic with a spinal injury
• Requires a motorized wheelchair, hoist for all transfers, and supra-pubic catheter
• Driving license preferred – it is a rural location
• Supporting a neurogenic care nurse with the assisted living needs of the client

Essential Qualifications & Requirements: 

• QQI Level 5 qualification in healthcare or a relevant field (Full award)
• Experience of working with adults with complex medical care needs
• Full manual driving licence and access to your own transport.
• A degree of flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and helping them maximise their quality of life.
