Healthcare Assistant / Live in Carer – Ireland

PE Global Healthcare is currently recruiting for Live-in Carers Nationwide for a well-established Home Care Provider.

Our dedicated Live-in Caregivers provide a range of non-medical services, enabling clients to continue living in the comfort of their own homes. These services enhance their quality of life, and our Caregivers approach their work with dignity, pride, care, and compassion. As a Live-in Caregiver, you will reside with the client and work on a set rotation. Typically, this involves an 8-week rotation on followed by an 8-week rotation off. While the following list outlines general duties, it is not exhaustive. Responsibilities may vary based on individual client needs. These responsibilities are adaptable to accommodate individuals with disabilities.

Duties of the role/Responsibilities  :

• Personal care: aiding with essential daily activities.
• Home Help: tasks that contribute to maintaining a comfortable and functional living environment for clients.
• Companionship Services: focus on enhancing emotional well-being and promoting social interaction

Education/Experience

• 6 months paid employment within the healthcare sector that can be supported with references
• Language proficiency- a good level of English is essential
• EU Passport essential
• FETAC Level 5 
• Basic IT skills
• Police clearance essential

Qualifying questions:

• Do you hold an EU passport ?
• Do you have strong written and spoken English ?
• Do you have 6 months of paid employment within healthcare that can be supported with company references ?
