The Role

PE Global are recruiting for a HRIS Specialist for our cloud-based software client based in Dublin CC. This is a 11-month contract role. Hybrid working options.

Job Responsibilities

  • The HRIS Specialist (Operations Program Manager) (EMEA) will provide operational support for employees and managers in Europe and Asia across the entire employee life cycle.
  • Responsible for benefits and leave administration, data management and transactions, employee record management and other operational activities.
  • Provide remarkable customer support experiences for employees and managers on people processes
  • Maintain online content and policy information for European and Asian countries supported by people operations to ensure employees and managers get the information they need
  • Implement and manage operations execution against quality, customer experience and efficiency metrics and Service Level Agreements
  • Establish, build and maintain strong relationships with business groups including employees and managers, International HR partners and other corporate partners
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to assess the impact of policies and practices and make recommendations to address areas of inconsistency or practice improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory employment regulations in each country supported
  • Ensure all program operations you are accountable for run smoothly in region in partnership with COE functions, global operations functions and U.S. operations teams
  • Recommend and help drive implementation of process and experience improvements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; business, HR degree preferred
  • 4+ years of people operations or HRIS experience professional level in a mid to large size international and fast paced environment
  • Exceptional customer service focus and experience providing high quality customer support outcomes in high volume support environments
  • Excellent demonstrable knowledge of current employment laws and best practices in ER policies across European countries
  • Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to analyze information to identify the root causes of problems and proposing realistic and practical solutions to address them based on knowledge and understanding of the organization and its operating environment.
  • Strong project and process management skills critical
  • Written and verbal fluency in either German or French highly desired.
