The Role

PE Global are recruiting for a Learning & Development Project Manager for our healthcare client based in Leopardstown, Dublin. This is an 11-month contract role. Hybrid working options. This role will be an integral part of the Learning Delivery function. Learning & Development Project Manager will be responsible for coordination of learning programs and events associated with our Company Learning Development Catalogues, specifically for Manufacturing Division Wide and Regional Programs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Global Learning Development regional team Regional and Key manufacturing site and functions stakeholders to manage, coordinate and execute the programs’ audience.
  • Ensure a successful execution of the Global Learning Development Program Delivery Standards.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, to ensure an adherence to the program delivery schedule.
  • Be responsible for implementing the Global Learning Development and Delivery Standards, work closely with the PMO to monitor progress with appropriate documentation and metrics and define opportunities for continuous improvement in delivery process, toolkits and checklists.
  • Lead, develop, and execute project management and schedule meetings, with the necessary agenda, input, and outputs.
  • Perform administrative duties as required by the programs and/or assigned by the division.
  • Learner engagement before, during, and after delivery.
  • Enlists and collaborates with HR Operations to manage pre-event needs
  • Gather metrics by which program and learner impact will be evaluated.
  • Ensuring completion of required components of a learning solution across learner audiences in sequence, where applicable.
  • Communicating with first-line managers of participants about their responsibilities for sponsorship, pull-through, post-event certifications, as needed.

Education and Experience

  • Higher level certificate/diploma/degree in L&D, HR, Science, or Project Management.
  • 3-5 years of experience and knowledge in LD, Project Management and Program Coordination
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Teams, Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Microsoft /Excel/Power BI) to support the creation of data analytics, documents, and presentations
  • Manufacturing acumen preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities against ambitious timelines.
  • Strong planning and excellence in execution
  • Ability to work cross-functionally as an integral member of site team
  • Experience working in a Program Coordination environment.
