PE Global require a Marketing Coordinator to join our Basingstoke facility. This is a diverse and interesting role interacting with all our departments.


Ø  Ability to prioritise

Ø  Support Diabetes Business Unit brand teams with delivery of marketing activities and initiatives as required, including meetings and P2P (eg. Webinars)

Ø  Support the creation, processing, approval and distribution of marketing materials

Ø  Support the customer experience through execution of multi-channel marketing solutions

Ø  Partner cross functional teams to ensure Brand- and project success (Sales, PRA, Medical, MCE etc.)

Ø  Identification of barriers in pursuit of delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensure execution excellence of the Customer Plan/ Operational Plan

Ø  Model engagement with and utilisation of Global/IBU content, partner with local medical colleagues to localise and approve a full range of local HCP and Patient materials in line with the ABPI code of practice

Ø  Responsible for tracking/management of individual project budgets and associated operating expenses

Ø  Responsible for understanding, implementation, and adherence to company policies, processes, and external obligations, as applicable


Technology and Tool utilisation

Ø  Proficient in excel, word, power point and be able to have a high detail focus; Previous familiarity of veeva promomats would be beneficial

Ø  Be able to plan months in advance to manage multiple stakeholders.

Planning and project management

Ø  Plan and coordinate activities and meetings with multiple stakeholders across brands

Ø  Maintain clear tracking of activity implementation across the Diabetes business unit

v  Lead with, and ensure adherence to, integrity and compliance in all that we do

Required Skills/Experience:

v  2+years of experience in administration and /or project management in a heavily regulated environment

v  Excellent planning skills

v  High Attention to detail

v  Ability to manage small scale projects

v  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong team player

v  Experience of working in a virtual / multi-national organisation

v  Experience of working effectively in cross-functional teams

v  Accurate and reliable way of working

v  Speak and write fluent English

v  Competency in areas such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

v  Plan to be in the office 3 days per week

Desirable Skills/Experience:

v  Knowledge of certain technologies such as Veeva

v  Knowledge of the NHS

v  Knowledge of e-P2P Platform and other IT platforms e.g. webinar technology.
