Job Title: Specialty Doctor in Medicine/Pediatrics/Surgery/Anaesthetics

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care to patients in your specialty area.
• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in the education and training of junior medical staff and medical students.
• Engage in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and research activities as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications

Essential:

• GMC registration.
• MRCP (Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians).
• MRCS (Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons) or equivalent for surgical roles.
• MRCPCH (Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health) for pediatric roles.
• EDAIC (European Diploma in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care) for anaesthetic roles.

Desirable:

• Relevant clinical experience in your specialty area.
• Experience in teaching and supervising junior medical staff.
• Participation in clinical audits and research projects.
