The Role
PE Global are recruiting for a Patient Access Specialist for our pharmaceutical client based in Leopardstown, Dublin. This is an 11-month contract role. Hybrid working options.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide project management support to the Patient Access function related to:
- Development of Rapid Review and HTA submissions
- Completion of Horizon Scanning requirements
- Pricing applications
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and medical affairs colleagues to support same projects
- Collaborate with UK HTA and Outcomes Research team to understand economic models and related data requirements
- Gather and assess data for inclusion in required submissions
- Undertake special projects/assignments on an ad-hoc basis in support of submission development e.g. Burden of Illness, Costing studies
- Keep up to date and provide expertise on technical requirements and the environment as it relates to medicines reimbursement
- Support internal pricing processes and analysis
- Support third party vendor management
Education and Experience
- Masters in pharmaco-economics, health economics or related field.
- Experience in Access/ health economics / outcomes research environment would be an advantage but also experience in pharmaceutical business management.
- Broad understanding of the processes related to access and pricing in Ireland
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Ability to work well within a cross-functional team and coordinate a number of projects for different parts of the business simultaneously.
