PE Global is currently recruiting for a Procurement Specialist role for a 6-month contract with a pharma client based in London (Hybrid role).
Responsibilities
- Engage with critical stakeholders and partners to define and meet or exceed business-requirements.
- Develop and execute RFIs/RFPs and direct negotiations tied to supplier selection.
- Manage and negotiate expiring contracts.
- Build relationships with suppliers and manage key supplier performance.
- Participate in teams of global, regional & local representatives implement strategic sourcing plans as well as to ensure alignment on key initiatives and priorities.
- Implement tactical plans or projects directly linked to global category strategies.
- Drive ongoing procurement activities pursuant to transactions and projects not in connection with strategy creation/execution.
Requirements
- Master Degree or relevant procurement work experience.
- 2-3 years working in Indirects Procurement role.
- Experience working in an international and cross-functional environment.
- Strong Market Knowledge.
- Project Management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Can work autonomously.
