Production Operatives required to work as Assembly Operators, Packaging Operators, Crimping/Fettling Operators for roles based in the West Cork area.
Candidates will need strong attention to detail, be able to take instruction and work well as part of a team.
Bulk of vacancies currently on evening and nightshifts.
Ability to follow production procedures in line with company SOP’s
Work as part of a small production team manufacturing our elements
Quality checking finished goods for manufacturing imperfections
Rectifying any manufacturing imperfections
Work alongside the Quality team to report any technical issues
Labelling finished goods to match order sheet
Crimping correct termination connector onto heating element as per order sheet
Packing element as per order sheet ready for technical testing
Supporting the packing team where necessary
Operating machinery for wrapping finished goods
Packing elements into individual boxes with required fittings
Packing orders to be shipped as per order sheet
Moving completed packed orders through to the warehouse for logistics to arrange dispatch
Operating our testing machine to check & record the technical capability of all finished goods
Meet & record individual daily targets
Contribute in the meeting of daily team production targets
Organise finished goods to corresponding order sheet
Follow health and safety standards
Performing other tasks as assigned
