Project Accountant

Role

The role is a new hire for a highly established logistics business based in Dublin. The successful candidate will be representing Finance on cross-functional projects and reports to the Finance Director, they will split their time between supporting month-end/quarter-end reporting duties and working on various projects and initiatives the company is rolling out over the coming year(s).

 Requirements

Ability to be flexible in respect of work standards and demands. Capable of working under pressure at times and to strict deadlines. Resilient and able to deal with changing priorities.

The successful candidate will be required to possess and demonstrate the following:

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA) with at least 2+ years PQE.
• Time management skills with the competence to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Proficient with MS Office skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A CV which shows a positive career trajectory.

The following qualifications, skills and experience would be an advantage.

• Experience with implementation or use of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP suite.
• Demonstrable project management delivery.
