PE Global are delighted to be working with our client a tier 1 leading building and fit out contractor, head office based in North Dublin. We are now on the look out for an experienced Project Compliance Officer to join our client for their Project Black, Diageo based in Newbridge, Kildare.
Reporting to the Design Lead, the successful candidate will develop and maintain Project Compliance & Resource Management Plan. This is a full time, permanent position with an excellent remuneration package on offer.
GENERAL DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Point of contact with contracting companies for registration of new employees
- Develop and maintain Project Compliance & Resource Management Plan – dealing with resources from outside the Rep. Of Ireland
- Act as primary point of contact for registration of new site resources (from outside of Rep. of Ireland only)
- Review and verify validity of documents submitted per the Project Compliance & Resource Management Plan
- Manage, coordinate, and track all new starter inductions and training documentation
- Ensure sites are audit ready and fully compliant, highlight any non-compliance issues
- Manage and maintain all new starters, site inductions and training documentation
- Collect, scan and upload documents following set procedures
- Maintain Confidentiality of sensitive information and terms of agreement
- Manage weekly timesheets including leave, sickness and absence in preparation for submitting to headoffice as part of the month end process.
- Assist with Union / Industrial Relations matters as and when required.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company and regulatory standards.
- Support the project team with administrative tasks as requested.
- Record and document management
- Assist with Site Safety administration tasks as requested
- Manage and coordinate site events as requested
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in a support role / document control role
- Demonstrable knowledge of operating office equipment and IT (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other office applications).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
- Proactive, energetic approach with the ability to work on own initiative. Organised and efficient.
