PE Global is currently recruiting a Purchase Ledger Assistant for a 12-month contract role with a leading machinery manufacturing client based in Peterlee.
Responsibilities
- Sorting incoming/outgoing post
- Printer room duties
- Sending/receiving and emails
- Dealing with invoices
- Filing
- VAT runs
- Dealing with supplier payment queries/self-billing query forms, debit & credit notes
- Other duties when required
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Competent ICT skills: Microsoft applications, basic knowledge of excel
- Confident telephone manner
- Team Player
- Highly motivated
- GCSE Maths & English Grade A-C or equivalent.
