PE Global is currently recruiting a Purchase Ledger Assistant for a 12-month contract role with a leading machinery manufacturing client based in Peterlee.

Responsibilities

  • Sorting incoming/outgoing post
  • Printer room duties
  • Sending/receiving and emails
  • Dealing with invoices
  • Filing
  • VAT runs
  • Dealing with supplier payment queries/self-billing query forms, debit & credit notes
  • Other duties when required

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Competent ICT skills: Microsoft applications, basic knowledge of excel
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Team Player
  • Highly motivated
  • GCSE Maths & English Grade A-C or equivalent.
