The Role

PE Global are recruiting for a Recruitment Specialist for our energy client based in Dublin CC. This is an initial 6-month contract role, with hybrid working options.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and publish job adverts on numerous platforms to attract a wide range of applicants to each role (internally and externally)
  • Collaborate with hiring panel to progress shortlisted candidates utilising consistent criteria for each role
  • Lead interviews with hiring panel including scheduling of interviews (on-line and face to face) and provide outcomes and feedback to candidates following interview
  • Manage all recruitment activity records on the ATS and SharePoint for each hiring campaign for audit trail and to facilitate any information requests
  • Progress to offers and hiring of successful candidates including co-ordination of all onboarding documentation in tandem with the HR & OD team
  • Operate end to end recruitment within best practice recruitment process to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and candidate experience
  • Track hiring metrics and EDI monitoring where appropriate. Reporting is utilised for internal and Board reporting
  • Provide support to the HR & OD team as needed
  • Experience of managing end to end recruitment process, including interviewing and delivering feedback to candidates
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Demonstrated ability in evaluating candidate profiles
  • Well-developed IT skills and experience working with an ATS system

 

Education and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a business-related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ post graduate experience of working as an in-house recruiter
  • Experience of Competency based interviewing and assessment
  • Experience of working with ATS systems and recruitment platforms
  • Experience of screening and evaluating candidates through various methods
  • Proficient in navigating Office 365, Outlook, MS Word and Excel
  • Strong project management and organisation skills
  • Previous experience of working in Public Sector recruitment
  • Knowledge/experience in the application of the Code of Practice for appointments to positions in the public service.
