Saudi Arabia – Nurse Clinician – Cardiac Care

PE Global Healthcare is currently working with a prestigious hospital in Saudi Arabia who is looking to hire Nurse Clinician – Cardiac Care

The Nurse Clinician delivers comprehensive professional nursing care to Critical Care patients, utilizing the Nursing Process with a focus on direct patient care and related activities, referencing the Lippincott Manual and Mosby Competencies. The Nurse Clinician provides care under the supervision and guidance of the Charge Nurse and Supervisor. Work is performed across various shifts as needed in the Critical Care unit, with hours assigned to meet operational requirements. This may include on-call duties and scheduled overtime, with direction provided by the unit manager.

Daily responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans for patients and their families. The Nurse Clinician also participates in the orientation and integration of new hires and nursing staff into the unit. Regular interaction with physicians involves following physician orders, assisting with medical procedures, and reporting any changes in the patient’s condition. Continuous communication with the Charge Nurse ensures updates on the patient’s condition and progress related to the care plan. Collaboration with technical and other support services ensures smooth patient care, patient flow, and unit maintenance.

Occasionally, the Nurse Clinician engages with the public and community to communicate policy changes, revisions, or new work rules. There is also occasional interaction with other JHAH personnel and external services.

Education
A minimum of 3 years, either an International Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience
At least 2 years of clinical midwifery experience post-licensure/registration in the country of origin, including a minimum of 1 year in a Labor & Delivery Care unit.

Certifications/Other Requirements

• Current licensure as a professional registered nurse.
• Must be a registered midwife in the home country.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required. Fluency in spoken Arabic is Desirable
