PE Global is currently recruiting a SCADA Developer to join Europe’s leading industry 4.0 digital transformation company. Their core focus lies in facilitating digital transformation through their state-of-the-art Unified Namespace (UNS) ecosystem.
This is a full time permanent position with remote working options available.
Duties of the role/Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy SCADA systems using Ignition software or similar platforms.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry best practices.
- Possess expertise in SCADA, PLC, OPC, MQTT, SAP integration, and control systems.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.
- Configure and customize Ignition modules for HMIs, alarms, data logging, and visualization.
- Integrate real-time data acquisition, monitoring, and control systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of SCADA systems.
- Stay updated with Industry 4.0 technologies and advancements.
- Familiarity with Unified Namespace (UNS) and Edge technologies.
- Travel occasionally for project testing.
- Integrate with various control systems databases such as SQL, Oracle.
Education/Experience
Strong communication skills, adept at understanding client requirements and articulating suitable solutions.
Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
