PE Global is currently recruiting a Senior Payroll Administrator on behalf of a leading financial services provider. This is a permanent role and can be based in either Dublin or Limerick.

Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Payroll implementation
  • Payroll processing in a busy bureau environment
  • Dealing with all aspects of payroll process, BIK, share awards, pension and other voluntary and statutory deductions
  • International Payroll coordination
  • Dealing with starters and leavers
  • Carry out payroll reconciliations using Excel
  • Providing security payslips for all employees
  • Processing payment of net pay via EFT and Internet banking
  • Liaising with clients
  • Staff training on payroll systems

Key Requirements  

  • 3+ years’ payroll experience in a bureau environment with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Highly experienced in using payroll systems ( CORE and Europay experience an advantage)
  • Enthusiastic and confident with the ability to work within a team environment
  • The ability to manage multiple clients at the same time, work to tight deadlines under time pressure
  • High level of Microsoft Excel skill
  • IPASS qualified
