SPECIALTY DOCTOR – ONCOLOGY

Specialty Doctor required with interest in Oncology 

Join our team as an Oncology Registrar and contribute to oncology department’s daily operations. Your role involves providing essential support to medical staff, patients, and administrative processes. This includes maintaining accurate records, assisting with appointments, collaborating with the team, and offering patient support.

Job Description :

• The role entails SPR duties, including attending Consultant-led clinics, supervising SHOs and inpatients, assessing patients undergoing chemotherapy/radiotherapy if needed by nursing/radiography staff.
• The role involves supporting consultant-led services for different tumors at the Oncology Centre. This includes contributing to cancer care, attending governance and team meetings, and cross-referrals with other specialists.

Essential qualification/Certificate

• Full GMC Registration
• MRCP or equivalent

Desirable

• Higher Qualification in Medicine or Surgery
