We are seeking a number of Warehouse Operatives for Perm Roles. This will be more similar to Stock Control, Order Picking and/or Packaging/ Palletising than standard forklift type roles.
Do you have experience of Order Picking for Tech, Electronics or other High End product lines ?
Have you previous knowledge of picking, packing, processing and shipping of electronics orders ?
The successful candidates work closely with the goods inwards teams and the internal returns department. The full warehouse team includes goods in, pick, pack & dispatch teams. The overall goal is always to process all orders in a timely and accurate manner in order for the team to achieve maximum targets.
This roles is based in Fonthill, Dublin 22 – which is close to Liffey Valley.
Candidates will need a current / valid manual handling cert.
A minimum of 6 to 12 months in a regulated warehouse or order picking experience is a strong advantage.
These roles will be offered on a permanent contract basis for a limited number.
We are also for temp operatives at present.
Candidates minimums:
- Manual Handling Cert
- 6 to 12 months Warehouse Experience
Core Duties:
- Loading and offloading trucks / preparing orders / other general warehouse duties.
- This is not an exhaustive list of duties, you may be asked to tidy, clean and clear away excess packaging. So if you are not willing to flexible in this regard then these roles are not for you.
Daily Duties:
Work with goods in department when necessary
Printing of orders
Preparing product for stocking, following set company procedures
Picking & packing of orders in an accurate manner
Work with the Shipping dept to ensure timely shipping of orders
Work closely with overall team to resolve any order issues
Daily cycle counting process
Good housekeeping practises
Any other work the warehouse manager or company requires
Requirements:
Ability to create and maintain good relationships with all team members
Detailed Oriented Individual
Must be capable of working independently
Ability to work professionally and competently
Disciplined and organised work style
Ability to utilize computers for inventory, record keeping, information etc.
Must be a people person with strong communications skills
Must be able to take and follow instructions effectively
Overall a willingness to learn is key
Be available for Overtime when required.

- Monday to Friday – 10am – 6:30pm
Hourly rate of Pay:
- EUR 13.85 per hour (Dependant on department assigned to)
Hours / Days of work:
- 10am – 6:30pm (Due to hours may suit those needing to work around school start times)
