Project Engineer

PE Global is recruiting a Lead Project Engineer for our industrial manufacturing client based in Peterborough. The role is an initial 12-month contract and Hybrid(3 days per week). The rate range for this role is £25.96 p/h to £ 34.88 p/h. 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Leading internal review meetings within engineering to assign issues found
• Creation & communication of reliability/Pre Production Reliability Defect health metrics
• Managing access to our Pre Production Reliability Defect database
• Providing training on usage of the tools/system

Requirements:

• Engineering / STEM degree
• 5-6 years industry experience
• Good communication skills (both written & verbal)
• Engine experience would be an advantage
• If they have ran projects before and used DMAIC (define, measure, analyse, improve, control) would be an advantage.
• Experience of Proactive Reliability, and demonstration of Product Quality.
• Experience in PowerBI and making dashboards would be an advantage.
