The Training lead will oversee, both directly and indirectly, the training needed by the Third Party Risk Program to enable operational performance. This role will deliver on TPRM training programme, identify training needs & develop and implement effective training programs to meet these needs.


  • Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of a robust Third Party Risk training programme, tailored to cater for various audiences and stakeholders, including analysis, development, design, implementation and evaluation
  • Continuously develop the training programme over time to enhance to the highest standard possible and ensuring continuing relevance
  • Identify which blended training solutions are most appropriate to deliver the best impact to learning solutions
  • Create and maintain policies, procedures, and training t for end user use
  • Liaise with Stakeholders to create and maintain: Risk Definitions and Required Training for TPMOs, Risk Partners, Engagement Owners, and Third Parties
  • Maintain and communicate procedures and training materials, including facilitating the review/approval process
  • Develop and oversee execution of program/process training
  • Develop course materials and conduct trainings as appropriate to deliver high quality repeatable training through multiple channels
  • Review compliance in line with training requirements
  • Build and maintain Training curricula using the approved learning management system
  • Ensure appropriate training curricula assignment to relevant team and appropriate functional areas working with global L&D team
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders and team members in a consultative manner to continuously align learning solutions with development needs
  • Coordinate, assess, analyse and report on post-training evaluation scores for all training programs
  • Deliver and facilitate pilots and train-the-trainer sessions, as needed.
  • Plan, design and delivery of training sessions, including ad hoc training, for both new and existing individuals.
  • Ensure that training solutions are designed in a logical, structured and clear manner, reflective of learning objectives and suited to a variety of learning styles
  • Serve as an advocate for training and quality by facilitating regular audience and user research to inform design and determine performance outcomes
  • Develop and maintain a network of relationships with subject matter experts through consistent consultation sessions to identify and prioritize needs


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years Learning / Training experience
  • Experience in a fast paced working environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex information
  • Able to work effectively at all levels of the organization with a full range of styles
  • Strong technical and data analytical skills
  • Content creation, procedure development
  • Proven track record delivering outstanding results in challenging business environments
