PE Global Healthcare are recruiting for agency ophthalmologists. Mid West Community Ophthalmology require an Ophthalmologist as a matter of urgency. Part time position. 

Key Responsibilities

• To deliver a paediatric clinic seeing both new assessments and reviews.

Essential Criteria:

• Registered or eligible for registration with the Ophthalmic Surgery division of the Irish Medical Council (IMC)
• FRCOphth or an internationally recognised equivalent specialist qualification
• Demonstrated experience in general ophthalmology
• Recognised vitreoretinal subspecialty fellowship or clear evidence of subspecialty clinical practice

Desirable Criteria:

• Extensive clinical experience in vitreoretinal surgery
• Active involvement in clinical research with a record of peer-reviewed publication
• Proficiency in cataract surgery
