The role

PE Global Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Senior Consultant/Lead to grow and lead our AHP division based in our London offices

Duties of the role

• Build and manage a team of Recruitment Consultants focused on the recruitment and placement AHP professionals within the UK
• Driving sales and margin growth within your specialist area
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates and delivering exceptional levels of customer service through the recruitment process
• Working closely with the team to increase candidate attraction as well as working with your team to establish a strong candidate pipeline
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the allied health professions (AHP) sector
• Deal with client/ candidate queries and take ownership to follow up and ensure they are dealt with efficiently

The Person PE Global are looking for:

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within an agency setting
• Knowledge of the variety of disciplines and modalities within AHP as well as the necessary registrations and validations.
• The ability to demonstrate a track record of the ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team
• A proven track record of success in an AHP Agency recruitment role
• Career driven and hardworking with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate and influence others and a professional outlook and approach
• Strong networking and creative approach to engaging clients and candidates
