PE Global in partnership with their client, a progressive organization providing a wide range of services, including Day, Residential and Respite support to both children and adults in various locations across 3 Regions in Dublin for their Community Residential Services (CRS)
are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager 3 (CNM3) working (22.5 Hours Per Week) who is committed to supporting people with Intellectual Disabilities and their families, in a person-centred, Community Based, socially inclusive manner in accordance with the core values and ethos and underpinned by quality, best practice and research.


Duties and Responsibilities :

The CNM3 plays a key role in providing leadership across the CRS service area. The CNM3 will work alongside the Service Manager to ensure efficient and effective coordination and management of practices, service delivery, and resources are delivered at all times. We are looking for candidates who are committed to supporting people with disabilities and their families, in a person centered, community based, socially inclusive manner in accordance with our core values and ethos and underpinned by quality, best practice and research.

Candidate Requirements :

• Be registered with NMBI (RNID desirable)

• Possess a recognised management qualification (FETAC /QQI Level 6 or equivalent

• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience at CNM2 / PIC level

• Full driving license and access to own transport

• Have proven people management, leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a large number of staff

• A detailed knowledge of Health Act 2007 and HIQA regulation

• Experience in disability services x 5 years

Desirable :

Applicants should possess Level 3 behavioural competencies of the company competency framework.

Be highly motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative and the capacity to manage change.

Salary :

Salary: €70,725 – €79,872, pro rata – Based on working 22.5 Hours Per Week

(August 2025 HSE PayScale)

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.
