Emergency Nurse Practitioner

Location – North West London 

Agency ENP Nurse 

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent assessment and diagnostic skills, and the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-placed environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

– Deliver comprehensive care to patients in emergency settings, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of various conditions.

– Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. 

– Provide patient education and support to promote health and wellness.

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.

– Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of protocols and guidelines.

Experience:

• 6 months experience of working at relevant level within UK
• Able to work within a diverse community of patients and health care professionals.
• Effective communication skills written, verbal and non-verbal with the ability to adapt communication for individuals with communication difficulties
• Able to make clinically reasoned judgements when working with a variety of conditions.
• Able to work autonomously, and ability to know when to seek appropriate advice / guidance from senior staff.
• Effective time management and caseload management.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of clinical outcomes measures, clinical audit.

Pay Rates :

£36 – £50ph
