Financial Analyst

Desired Skills: ACA/ACCA/CIMA,Costing,Month End,Variance Analysis,Budgeting,Excel,SAP

Reporting directly to the Associate Director for External Manufacturing, this role will involve considerable interaction with cross functional colleagues both in the US and Europe.

Responsibilities

Key colleague in the External manufacturing finance team responsible for Subcontracting/PPV/Freight

Month End reporting and commentary, variance and trend analysis

Preparation and timely submission of ExM Budget and Projections

Prepare product costing across a significant number of materials

Virtual Plant Team finance representative ensuring strong business partnering

Tolling reconciliations preparation ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures

Supporting in identifying financial risk and quantifying operational risk 

Where applicable ensure SOX control compliance

Facilitate and support internal/External Audits as required

Competencies & Requirements

Experienced qualified accountant with strong knowledge of costing and financial analysis, accounting principles, and internal controls with +3 years PQE

Strong excel skills essential and knowledge of SAP ERP desirable

Experienced at delivering high quality results

Develops strong, effective work relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas

Builds and maintains a network of key individuals necessary for obtaining and disseminating information critical to the operation of the External Manufacturing Business Unit

Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams in a complex, changing environment to deliver value-added results from an overall corporate perspective

Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills in the execution of job responsibilities
