The hospital cares for over 300,000 children, young people and their families every year.  They are one of Europe’s biggest and busiest Children’s Hospitals.

The role:

Are you a caring and compassionate Heath Care Assistant with experience of working within paediatrics.   Our client is looking for experienced children’s HCAs to support their emergency department.  You will be monitoring and completing observations on children whilst they are waiting and being assessed in A&E or GP surgeries based at the hospital site.

You will work as a skilled member of the wards nursing team, providing a high standard of family centred care to children / young people and their families.

The role of a Health Care Assistant is vital to ensure the Trust delivers a safe and high quality service to all its service users.  

Shifts on offer are days shifts only – early , late and long days, 7 days per week.

What you’ll need:

A minimum of 6 months paid experience as a Health Care Assistant within children’s services.
