The Role

PE Global are recruiting for a HR Business Partner for our pharmaceutical client based in Ballydine, Tipperary. This is an initial 12-month contract role, hybrid working options.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and managers to support delivery of business and people priorities across your client groups.
• Provide practical coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance, talent, organisation design, change and people policies.
• Support managers in handling employee matters, ensuring a fair, consistent and commercially balanced approach.
• Contribute to the site’s industrial relations agenda supporting Ballydine’s partnership approach.
• Support talent, succession, engagement and culture initiatives across the business.
• Advise leaders on organisational change and the people impact of business decisions.
• Use data and insights to identify trends, inform decision-making and drive improvement.
• Lead or support local and/or Ireland HR projects.
• Work closely with the wider Ireland HR team and COE’s to deliver HR programmes and initiatives.
• Act as delegate for the HR Lead when required.

Education & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or comparable HR role.
• Degree qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
• Proven experience managing complex employee relations matters.
• Ability to build credibility and trusted relationships at all levels.
• Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable using data and insights to support decision-making.
• Experience within a manufacturing, regulated or multinational environment would be an advantage.
