Locum Express are currently recruiting an Enhanced Primary Care Doctor in Co. Dublin.

Part-time or full-time locum from February 2024 onwards.

Monday to Fridays – 8am to 8pm

Saturdays – 8am – 1pm

Job Details:

This enhanced primary care post sits within a dynamic and diverse multi-professional team driving innovation in an enhanced primary care models based on the patient centered medical home.

You will join a multidisciplinary team of health professionals including a clinical lead with background in primary care, nurses and a range of AHSCPs in the delivery of effective and high quality primary care, encompassing medical screening to all patients.

Applicants for this role must have:

• Hold specialist registration with the Irish Medial Council, in the division of General Practice
• Minimum 5 years relevant clinical experience (inclusive of GP Training).
• Experience working with multi-professional, multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience facilitating patient pathways from community to tertiary care
• Experience of developing, applying and reviewing an evidence-based approach to decision-making
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrate evidence of effective planning and organising skills and has the ability to manage multiple complex tasks
• Operate with professional and personal integrity coupled with an overarching humility and proven ability to build strong working relationships.
• Demonstrate an interest in, and be an advocate for all aspects of patient care
