We are partnering with a leading service providers supporting adults and children with intellectual disabilities and autism to live full, independent, and connected lives. They are now recruiting Social Care Workers and Senior Social Care Workers to join their across the country.

About the Role

As a Social Care Worker or Senior Social Care Worker, you will play a key role in empowering and supporting adults with intellectual disabilities to:

• Develop independence and life skills.

• Participate in community, educational, and creative activities.

• Build confidence, wellbeing, and meaningful relationships.

You will be part of a passionate, professional, and inclusive team, committed to delivering respectful, progressive, and empowering services.

Requirements

• QQI Level 7/8 Bachelor’s Degree in Social Care or a related discipline.

• CORU registration (or eligibility/in process of registration).

• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication.

• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word proficiency essential).

• Full, clean manual driving licence (essential).

• Previous experience in disability services (desirable).

• Knowledge of New Directions services for adults with disabilities (advantageous).
