What you bring:

• A Bachelor or MA/MSc in any of the following fields: Social Care; Applied Social Studies in Social Care, Social Work, Social Care Management or related Social Care Qualification
• Minimum 3-4 years relevant post qualification experience of working in a Social Care Grade in a Children’s Residential Centre as relevant to the role.
• A full manual driving licence
• An ability to work with people in care
• A passion and commitment to make a difference in person’s life
• A commitment to continuous improvement
