PE Global Healthcare is currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Worker for a rewarding opportunity based in Tipperaary. Key Responsibilities:

• Support service users in achieving positive outcomes and greater independence
• Deliver person-centred care in line with individual care plans
• Promote wellbeing, safety, and social inclusion
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

• Qualification in Social Care or related discipline
• CORU registration (or have applied and can prove same)
• Experience working within disability, residential, or community services desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Full clean driving licence preferred
