The process of adapting to these changes is controlled by our in house finance team based in our head office in Cork, Ireland. We also have contracted an external consultancy agency with offices in most countries in Europe, and beyond, who update our in house financial team of any planned changes in Contractor/Temporary Worker regulations around Europe.
Our full time HR consultants continually monitor any changes in HR legislation that affect contractor/temporary worker regulations who subsequently give monthly briefings to our internal HR department and senior management.
