They are a Public Sector Entity who provides asset and liability management services to the Irish Government. The organisation plays a key role in delivering effective asset and liability management services for the State and supports a broad range of mandates across public investment, risk management, strategic advisory, and infrastructure development.

 

We are now on the lookout for a People Analytics and Operations Advisor to join our client on a full time, permanent basis.

Role Overview

A motivated and organised People Analytics and Operations Advisor is required to support both operational and strategic projects within the People (HR) function. This individual will play a key role in delivering accurate data, reporting and insights, as well as supporting core operational processes including procurement, compliance, audit, and HR transformation. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across teams and demonstrate strong organisational and analytical skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

People Reporting, Analytics & Insights

  • Design and deliver recurring and ad-hoc people-related reports and dashboards
  • Ensure data accuracy through issue resolution and regular audits
  • Develop new analytics tools and dashboards that drive decision-making
  • Monitor HR budgets and financial expenditure
  • Support and lead key People strategy projects from initiation through completion
  • Maintain and improve the performance of the AI-powered People Policy Co-Pilot tool
  • Assist with transformation initiatives, including data cleansing and testing

HR Procurement & Contract Support

  • Manage the annual procurement calendar for the HR function
  • Track and monitor tenders and contracts through the internal CRM system
  • Liaise with Procurement and Legal teams to support tendering processes, Q&A, evaluations, and contracts
  • Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines and timely delivery of requirements

 

HR Operations, Risk & Compliance

  • Assist in internal audits and file/process reviews for compliance
  • Support updates to the HR risk register and compliance attestations
  • Collaborate with Risk, Compliance and Audit teams to implement policy changes
  • Coordinate with HR colleagues during internal and external audit activities

 

GDPR, Data Protection & Document Management

  • Assist in managing data protection initiatives and compliance activities
  • Liaise with internal records and compliance teams to ensure accurate document management
  • Maintain and update HR’s data inventory and retention schedules

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
  • Organised, self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent written, verbal and numerical skills
  • Ability to improve processes and bring innovative approaches to HR operations
  • Prior administrative experience essential; relevant HR experience an advantage
  • Familiarity with Data Protection, Procurement and/or Employment legislation is beneficial
