PE Global Healthcare are delighted to assist their client to recruit for a clinical nurse manager 2 for a surgical and orthopaedical ward in an acute hospital in Cork.

As a member of the nurse management team the post of CNM2 holds a pivotal role in the coordination and management of activity and resources within the clinical area. As a role model the CNM2 will promote a culture of open communication and best practice in the delivery of nursing care, providing clinical expertise, advice and support within the multi-professional team.

Permanent post – Full Time 

Candidate Requirements 

• Registered General Nurse on the live register with NMBI
• Strong values and commitment to patient safety and quality.
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptable with demonstrated ability to multi-task.
• Up to date knowledge and minimum 3-5years experience of Orthopaedic procedures
• Management experience essential
• Management Qualification desirable
• Self motivated with commitment towards ongoing professional development.
